These Terms govern your use of FakeTrades ("the Service"), operated by JOMP Fitness ("we", "us"). By using faketrades.in or app.faketrades.in, you agree to these Terms.
FakeTrades lets you submit a publicly available YouTube trading-strategy video. We decode the described rules and run an automated backtest on historical market data, returning a rating and statistics. It is an educational and analytical tool only.
Nothing on the Service is investment, trading, tax, or financial advice, and we are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. Backtests describe hypothetical past performance, which does not guarantee future results. Trading and investing carry a real risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own decisions; consult a qualified, registered professional before acting.
Every visitor gets a limited number of free backtests. Beyond that, you may purchase digital credits (currently 5 backtests for ₹99, inclusive of applicable taxes). Credits are delivered instantly to the email used at checkout, are non-transferable, and have no cash value. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Billing and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to bypass usage limits or security, overload the infrastructure, resell access, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for abuse.
We analyse third-party videos for commentary, criticism, and education. Trademarks and content referenced belong to their respective owners. Our verdicts are our independent opinion based on data and do not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, any creator.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that decoded rules, data, or results are accurate, complete, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JOMP Fitness shall not be liable for any trading losses or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.
We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the appropriate courts of India.
