This Privacy Policy explains how FakeTrades ("we", "us"), a service operated by JOMP Fitness, handles information when you use faketrades.in and app.faketrades.in (the "Service").

Information we collect

• Email address — when you buy credits, so we can attach the credits to you and send receipts.
• YouTube URLs you submit and the resulting backtest, which we store to build the public catalogue.
• Technical data — IP address and basic request logs, used to apply usage limits and prevent abuse.
• Analytics — anonymous usage statistics via Google Analytics (pages viewed, general location, device type).

We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details. All payments are processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay, which handles that information directly under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

To deliver the Service, allocate and track credits, send receipts and support replies, enforce fair-usage limits, prevent fraud/abuse, and improve the product.

Sharing with third parties

We share the minimum necessary data with service providers that make the Service work: Razorpay (payment processing), Anthropic and Supadata (processing the video transcript to classify a strategy), and Google Analytics (usage measurement). We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention & security

We keep account and purchase records for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal/accounting obligations. We take reasonable technical measures to protect stored data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. You can opt out of analytics using browser controls or ad-blockers.
